• artik cevreci-aktivist, ozellikle de orman kesimine karsitligi destur edinmislerin kendilerini tanimlama sekli. vaktiyle bu "tree hugger" lafi bir dalga, bir asagilama unsuruymus, hala da o asagilayici tavirla, hakaretvari^* kullanildigi oluyor. ama isin ilginc yani homoseksuellerin "ibne" lafini, siyahlarin "nigger" lafini icsellestirip hem gurur duyarak hem de grup ici kenetlenme (malesef bu lafi politically correct olarak kullanabilecek biz- kullanirlarsa ayiplanmalari gereken onlar ayrimini yapmak suretiyle) unsuru olarak kullanmalari gibi cevreciler de bu "tree hugger" lafini sahipleniyor son zamanlarda, arabalarinin tamponlarina cikartma diye yapistiriyorlar lafi.
