• bu albümün turnesinden sonra grubun bateristi neil peart kızını ve eşini kaybetmiştir. grup bu sebep ile 6 sene sürecek bir sessizliğe bürünmüştür. motorsikleti ile kuzey amerikayı turlayarak kendini rehabilite eden neil peart grup arkadaşlarına 'hazırım' dedikten sonra vapor trails albümü yapılmıştır.
