• ilk olarak simple pendulum konulu fizik lab raporu yazarken dinlemistim bu sarkiyi. sarkidaki "watch it fly by as the pendulum swings" bolumunu dinleyince garip sekilde kotu olmustum. guzel sarki, super sarki hatta. klibi de ho$.
• şarkının başındaki piyano melodisi şahane, vokal süper, sözler de mükemmel olunca son derece gaz bir şarkı çıkmış ortaya^*.
• 2009 yılından beri konserlerde "i put my trust in you" kısmını seyircilere söyletiyordu chester. ölümünden önceki son konserde bu kısmı ilk defa kendi söyledi. belki de biliyordu son kez söylediğini.

• herkesin böyle bir şarkısı yoktur muhtemelen ama en üzüntülü en stresli en çıkmaz sokaklarda olduğum anlarda kafamda birden çalmaya başlayan şarkı bu.
  
  bu sefer değişik bir şey oldu, uzun zamandır kafamda çalmıyordu birden kendimi şarkıyı mırıldanırken buldum. ne kadar çıkmazda olduğumu da o an anladım zaten.
  
  hybrid theory'nin çıkış tarihinin 2000 olduğu hesabıyla 20 yıldan fazladır bu şarkıyı dinliyorum dersem sallamış olmam sanırım. şarkının sözlerini takılmadan hatırlamama bir an şaşırdım ama aslında pek çok linkin park şarkısı hala ezberimdeymiş. chester'ı yaşatmayan hayat gibi.
