  the shows in 2003 and 2018 were held at madison square garden in new york. the 2021 show, the first presented amid the covıd-19 pandemic, was held at the nearby los angeles convention center, which allowed for greater social distancing. the 2022 show was held at mgm grand garden arena in las vegas.
