  unplugged versiyonunda "i bear true.." şeklinde başlayan sözler yoktur.
• şarkının albüm versiyonunda layne staley "endless corporate ignorance lets me control time" bölümünden sonraki "by the way" bölümünü 5-6 kere hızlı hızlı söylerken, unplugged versiyonunda yavaş bir şekilde "by the way, by the way" diyerek geçiştirmiştir. bu da şarkı ile ilgili garip bir ayrıntıdır.
• layne, unpluggedda, şarkının ortasında bir yerde -sanırım sözleri unuttuğundan- okkalı bir fuck çekerek şarkıyı keser, dinleyiciler çığlık kıyamet alkışlarlar, şarkı baştan başlar. orijinal mtv versiyonunda bu olay makaslanmıştır.
• mtv unplugged versiyonunu her dinlediğimde ağır ağır söylenen "by the way, by the way..." kısmı niyeyse -ya da ne zoru varsa- türkçe olsaymış, yerine "vesaire, vesaire..." uygun düşermiş gibi gelir. (bkz: delirmek)
  
  bu şarkıda da bunu düşünebildiğim için kendimi solo test isimli güzide oyunumuzdaki huni kafa gibi hissetmişimdir.
• layne staley'nin, alice in chains unplugged'da yanlış söylediğini anladığı an, fuckk..! diye yarıda kesip, güldüğü an, işte o an benim akışkan hale gelip damla damla döküldüğüm andır, layne'e hayranlık ve tapma duyguları arasında gidip geldiğim andır. çok da güzel, çok da iyi bir andır, başa sarıp durur izlerim psikopat gibi.
  
  şarkı zaten layne'nin o mükemmel, yorgun, bıkkın, biraz da tükenmiş ama hala yaşadığının, hem de aslanlar gibi yaşadığının kanıtı jiletçi sesiyle daha da güzelleşiyor, güzelleştikçe de tadından yenmez oluyor.
