• hareket anlamina gelen ingilizce kelimecik. hem fiziksel olarak yapilan hareket (ornek elinizi kolunuzu oynatmaniz) hem de mesela birilerini kurtarmak icin falan yapilan girisim, hareketlenme anlamina gelebilir. daha ilerleyip tarikat falan gibi anlamlar da icerdigi olur. fiil hali icin (bkz: move)
• joy division'dan new order'a gecisin ilk hamlesi.. ekibin en kara, kapkara albumu.. 81 tarihli.. hala her kosesinde ian curtis'in ruhu dolasir.. kime gore, gallup arastirmasina gore.. daha blue monday'lere yolumuz uzun..
• joy division sonrası kurulmuş yeni düzenin adı kadar devrimci olamamış debut albümü. ian curtis'in ölümünden sonraki geçiş döneminin sancıları bütün şarkılarda kendini hissettiriyor, ama bu biraz da planlanmış bir bunalım sanki. hatta joy division'ın da yapımcılığını yapmış olan martin hannett kimi şarkılarda bernard sumner'ın sesine o uğultulu, boğuk havayı verebilmek için- ian'ınki gibi yani- kimi teknoloji harikası cihazlardan yararlanmış, ama mertlik bozulmuş mu? hiç de değil. grubun evrilmesinin ilk basamağı sadece bu, hatta şahsen kulağıma en hoş gelen albümlerinden biri. müzik tarihi için küçük, ben ve new order için büyük bir adım belki de.

• ian curtis'in ölümü sonrası kurulan new order'ın ilk albümü veya curtis'in ölümü sonrası yapılan son joy division albümü de diyebiliriz. neden joy division ismi altında devam etmediklerinin bir kanıtı olur bu albüm, aynı zamanda curtis'e de bir veda niteliği taşır. albümün üstündeki kara bulutların nedeni budur.

• çok güzel bir katy b şarkısı.
• new order'a bu albümden başlanmamışsa - ya da başlanamamışsa -, grubun joy division'dan olan kopukluğu dikkat çeker. sanki ian curtis ölünce adamlar "ooh, eğlenelim be!" demişler gibi gelir. halbuki movement tipik joy division'dır, ian'sız curtis'siz ama onunla bi' yerde.
