  oldukça keyifli ve zevkli bir seyri olan filmin yönetmeni martin brest . brest 90'larda meet joe black, scent of a woman gibi gerçekten güzel ve hatırlanası işler çıkardı. sonra akibeti ne oldu bilinmez ama aktif olduğu yılların atmosferleri filmlerinde de tekrar yaşamak güzel.
  
  yapım komedi-suç türünün klasiklerinden biri aslında. dönemin havasına uygun zevkli ( buğün dönüp baktığımızda zaman zaman dengesizliği - biraz da gülümseterek - farkediliyor gerçi) müzikleri, lezzetli robert de niro oyunculuğu ve iyi kadrosu ( rahmetli dennis farina, charles grodin ) ile halen görmeyenler için 8o'ler sonundan kesinlikle tavsiye edilebilecek bir iş efendimis.

  the next edition of universal’s 1988 cult classic comedy midnight run is finally happening after fits and starts throughout the years this time as a sequel we’re told. regina hall is set to star and produce in the feature which is being written by brooklyn nine-nine scribe aeysha carr and also produced by jesse collins.
  
  the details of the new version are being kept under wraps. the original movie marked multi-oscar winner robert de niro’s pivot into comedy, the actor playing jack walsh, a bond bailsman bounty hunter whose job it is to collect mob accountant, jonathan mardukas, played by the late charles grodin, and get him to los angeles.
  
  the only thing is the accountant can’t fly, putting the easily irritable bounty hunter and fastidious accountant on an endless road trip in which they’re pursued by the feds and a rival bounty hunter, marvin dorfler, played by john ashton. the movie grossed $82m ww in 1988 dollars, and was nominated for best comedy/musical at the golden globes with de niro receiving a best actor nod in that category. midnight run was also one of the top ten movies on the national board of review’s 1988 list.
