• olmayacagini adim gibi bildigim halde 20 haziran 2004 peter gabriel konseri'nde butun gece bulundugum yerde sabirla baslamasini bekledigim sarki. (baslamadi ama here comes the flood acigi kapatti) sonlarindaki double vocallere de hastayım ayrıca. bi de... bunlar nasil sozler?

• söyleyecek sözün, anlatılacak duygunun çok zor olduğu bir şarkı. tam anlamıyla sarhoş edici, hayat gibi inişli çıkışlı, inanılmaz bir duygu patlamasına yol açan peter gabriel eseri.

  now i will find relief" diyerek bitirir ki artık uyuşmuşsunuzdur. ardından comfortably numb dinlenmemelidir. tehlikelidir.
• smallville de clark'ın babası jonathan kent'in cenazesinde calan sarkıdır.
• "up" versiyonuna eklenen vokallerle parça biraz daha ritim kazanmıştır.
  2 versiyonu da güzeldir.
  
  "ölüm" e dairdir fakat bir "signal to noise" kadar da ağır değildir...
