• şuana kadar dinlediğim kadarıyla albümün en iyi şarkısı diyorum. bu deyişim zamanla kesin değişir.
• albüme adını veren open door dan bahsedilir bu şarkıda.
• akustik versiyonu orijinalinden çok daha güzel olan evanescence şarkısı.
• konserlerinde anırarak söylediğim bir evanescence şarkısı. bunu yaptığım için asla utanmıyorum ama yanımdakilerin kulaklarını kanattığım için hala üzgünüm.
