• son 14 saniyesi pek ilginçtir. parçanın önceki kısmı ile alakası olmayan çok hoş jazz tınıları vardır. "keşke bu şekilde devam etse" diyeği belirir ama sonra fade out olur gider...
• norvecli progressive rock grubu. hem de dehsetengiz bir prog rock grubu. spock's beard, the flower kings, dream theater ve deep purple elemanlarini birlestirip "hadi bu 4 grubun sentezini yapin" deseniz tahminen bu kadar homojen ve mukemmel bir sentez yakalayamazlardi. e spock's beard ve tfk deniliyorsagenesis, yes, marillion gibi eski gruplari da yadetmemek olmaz grubun soundu incelenirken. ama bu basta saydigim 4 grup icerisinde the flower kings etkilenimleri daha bir one cikiyor, zaten grubun ismi de flower power albumunden bir tfk parcasindan geliyor sanirim. bunun uzerine spock's beard'in "bombastik" ^* bolumlerini, deep purple'in groove'unu ^* ve dream theater'in teknik patlamalar iceren musikisini ekleyince sihirli bir sey elde ediyoruz: magic pie!
  
  motions of desire adinda inanilmaz bir debut albumleri mevcut ve su anda prog cemaatinde yeri gogu inletmekle mesguller. her ne kadar albumdeki davul produksuyonu cidden berbat olsa da inanin ki bu albumun verdigi zevki bir gram bile azaltmiyor, hatta "acaba 70'lerin ruhunu verebilmek icin bilerek mi boyle kaydetmisler?" gibi sorular dinleyenin aklina gelmiyor da degil. arada dream theater'vari bolumler olmasa albumun 70'lerde yapildigi bile dusunulebilir. bu bahsi gecen bolumlerin musebbibi ise kim stenberg adindaki deli gitarist. cidden inanilmaz bir teknigi var. gruptaki her eleman cidden çok basarili ama stenberg melodi anlayisi ve teknigi ile cidden isil isil parliyor.
  
  retro-prog rock camiasinda çok buyuk bir boslugu doldurmus bir grup magic pie kanimca. eminim ki progseverler ileride bu grubun ismini sikca duyacaklar.
